I’ve just had the extremely fortunate opportunity to attend a 2 day Kryon seminar with an additional 2 day intensive with amazing medical scientist Dr Todd Ovokaitys and his Lemurian Pineal Tones. Building throughout these 4 days was the energy of the upcoming Lemurian Choir event planned for March 2015 at the sacred site of Uluru in central Australia, which will expand on the energy of previous events held at Maui, Hawaii in Dec 2012 and the Mayan Riviera, Mexico in Dec 2013. Anyone following Dr Todd’s work will know of his Lemurian origins but the power of these Pineal Tones is extraordinary to experience. Toning works on the principle that there is a frequency to everything that exists and therefore a frequency to rebalance anything that is out of balance such as any kind of ailment. It is essentially using the vibration of sound to heal. Sound is a pure form and I’ve written before on how high vibrational sound can clear and rebalance the human body. The Pineal Tones are a deeper experience using specific sounds for specific purposes. Dr Todd, a medical doctor and research scientist with a vast list of extraordinary achievements, has combined his metaphysical knowledge with intuitive guidance and personal messages from Kryon and the Pleiades to recall tones from our ancient Lemurian past that work to activate our Soul energy, create a bridge to Source and accelerate the multi-dimensional aspects of ourselves held within our DNA. The combination of energies generated within the harmonics of a large group amplifies the experience, not only enhancing the body’s receptiveness to the codes but also generating quantum information that is attuned to the energy of each of the sacred locations where the tones are performed. The experience is so pure that intense transformations occur as the frequencies clear and activate our cellular structure through the Pineal gland, our master gland and receptor to the energy of Source and the All That Is, triggering profound changes within the body that open channels to cosmic communication and empowering our own abilities to master limitations and live wholly through the expression of our own true and personal codes. Although my own body has always been very receptive to sound, the intensity of these Tones was overwhelming at times but after experiencing a deep clearing equivalent to my Kundalini awakening several years ago, I held a vivid vision of cobalt blue and white crystalline pathways leading into the inter-dimensional energies waiting for us on the other side. Uluru 2015 is set to be an extraordinary event.

we have arrived

I don’t think anyone really knows what I’ve been through over the past 7 years. Much of it has passed in silence and in long periods of solitary isolation. It’s been like a Vipassana experience only there’s no returning to friends and family afterwards. It continues day after day. Solitude challenges you and maybe that’s the point. I was born with a strong mind and this is what it’s taken to overcome it. To master it. But I know my mind is not my weakness as it’s precisely its ability to absorb and process new concepts that’s become my strength. It occurred to me recently I was supposed to ‘wake up’ to my soul purpose over a decade ago but it didn’t happen and so it’s been a case of rapid catch-up, particularly over the past 4 years, where my Ascension experience has taken me through several initiations of spiritual energy before I even fully understood what was happening. I can see now the solitude has created the space needed for this advancement to occur, even at the expense of a ‘normal life’, so I could be exactly where I am right now in this very week. This is an extraordinary time bringing the Pisces ‘Harvest’ full moon, the Venus-Saturn-North Node conjunction, Pluto moving direct and the September Equinox. There is a gateway opening now that’s pushing us to be all we came here to be. A rebalancing within ourselves where Soul and Ego energies acknowledge each other and our feminine and masculine energies find their equilibrium. It is a week where fate and destiny are at play, where we are being called to walk the Earth in acceptance of our own power and our own gifts. As a Pleiadian Soul awakening to her Lemurian past, I can now see my role as an Energy Healer who, like many others, is here to help the passage of Gaia and her people into the energy of the 5th Dimension. But you can’t empower others until you understand yourself and so this past 7 years has been a journey of facing my own pain and sorrow. They say only sadness can open the Heart and there’s no arguing my Heart is wide gaping open. But this year, the energy has been different. I came home in tears one night in late January to a voice telling me to go to New Zealand. I ignored it but it persisted so I booked a trip for Easter not knowing what to do and when I found myself with the opportunity to be personally guided onto Aotearoa’s most sacred site, Te Miringa Te Kakara, it was clear this was not just a pretty sight-seeing tour. A month later I was at Uluru, the most sacred power site on our own land and a few days after returning home I experienced a significant energy opening that connected me to the channel of my Pleiadian Soul who then directed me back to NZ again to Piha Beach, another sacred location, where I experienced a further energy opening under the rays of the first Sirian Merkabah and Lion’s Gate stargate. Spirit clearly has a sense of humour sending me to Lion’s Rock for the Lion’s Gate and then to the Blue Mountains for the Blue Moon but follow the guidance I did and now today I find myself in a lush and fertile mountain valley in Northern NSW. As I sit here under a clear moonlit sky, with the Pisces full moon in the east and Venus and Saturn in the west, I can see the magic of it all. This feels like heartland country, if ever there was a place and it makes perfect sense to be here now. It’s time. This week is breakthrough energy. This is where something shifts, where we fall a little deeper into the mystery of life. And we will be different for the experience as this is what Ascension does. It pushes and pulls at us, at times it even squeezes the life out of us. But it changes us. It makes us see ourselves for who we really are. Our Souls are with us now, encouraging us to walk tall and proud over that Rainbow Bridge, saying yes, this is me and this is what I’ve been through to get here. It’s knocked me down but I got up again. I may have a wide open Heart but I’m no longer hanging off the edge of life. I’m right here. I have arrived.

going cosmic

I received 2 new books in my mailbox last week. New to me, that is, but both were published about 20 years ago. As I held them together, I realized they were both written by women named Barbara and both contained channellings and teachings from the Pleiadians. Already familiar with the detailed writing style of Barbara Hand Clow, I decided to start with Barbara Marciniak and the energy coming off this book over the past few days has been amazing. It began before I’d even finished the Foreword by Tera Thomas, when I received a rush of energy through my body and a flow of personal revelations. Two phrases jumped out at me. The first was the sentence, ‘if you can clear people of their personal information, they can go cosmic’ and the second was ‘Keeper of Frequency’. I’ve recently come across a number of books that were published in the years following the Harmonic Convergence in 1987 and it’s no surprise they’re all telling a similar story. This story is not only about our true origins and how much of the Truth has been deliberately concealed from us but it is also about what each of us needs to do now to clear our bodies and our lives of the ongoing emotional drama we’ve been entangled in for years, even centuries, to not only open ourselves once again to the frequencies of Light (which hold the energy of Love and Unity) but to step up our own Self-Mastery so that we can hold this frequency in our bodies at all times. It’s not enough to attend a meditation or yoga class then go back to the busyness of daily life forgetting the essence of what we were reaching for. This is not life in an Awakened state. No matter where we are, who we are with or what we are faced with, we must be able to move through the day as ‘Keepers of Frequency’. This is our task now. Especially for those who have chosen to be on the Ascension path. As we move through these changing times we must constantly remind ourselves to hold the frequency of Light and not slip back into the cycle of emotional drama and fear of not having enough. We do have enough and when we find the attitude of deserving and embrace it with a deep sense of trust and belief that we will be provided for, we make a conscious Shift to a life lived from the Heart. This reconnection to the infinite energy of the Soul rewards us with a sense of purpose and self achievement and enables us to heal our self esteem and self worth. It is only then once we have moved beyond the false limitations imposed on us by the old paradigm that we can truly start to feel what it is like to go Cosmic.

day of alcyone

When I woke last Saturday, the sky was heavy with rain clouds and the air cold with a damp winter chill. Yet the colours of the last autumn leaves and new winter blooms were heightened against the darkness of the morning light. There was a beauty in the stillness and a gratefulness in me that it was a day where I could happily sit in a blanket and enjoy the peacefulness. As the morning progressed, I also became aware of a growing intensity of Love in my Heart chakra urging me to do all things beautiful. So I filled my space with incense, had a rose scented bath and set up my crystals and candles for a ceremonial meditation. This was not a typical Saturday for me, not with the increasing demands of work and the unrelenting stop/start movement of the continual cleansing we’ve been put through this year, this day was different. It was as I came to learn, the day of Alcyone. The point where our Sun has moved from Taurus into Gemini, aligning with the brightest star in the Pleiades known as Alcyone. But happy to flow with the magical pull of these energies, I let them guide me into a deep meditation where I felt my kundalini rise to the intense levels I hadn’t experienced since it awakened in 2010. This surge of spiritual union was enough to sustain a natural high into the following day until I received an unexpected message which sent me plummeting into disbelief and an unwelcome feeling of loss and separation. The stark contrast was intensely disturbing and no matter how I tried to rationalize the circumstance, the density of the feelings stuck like mud. Karen Bishop has written these energies were intended to do exactly this, separate Souls who are no longer travelling the same road in order to enable each Soul to prepare for the upcoming split that the Ascension energies are now creating. Indeed some Souls may be acting in puzzling ways as they unconsciously fortify their changing worlds while others on the Awakened path will soon be propelled into a very new reality. But as much as abrupt change is no stranger in this Ascension process, we are only human and it’s never easy on the nervous and emotional systems. But as I’ve come learn, if we sit with whatever is put before us, we will in time push through the heaviness and come back to the sacred space that is our centre. I use ambient soundscapes for these increasingly uncomfortable journeys and so with determined purpose, I spent the evening in a musical trance staring at my candles until clarity returned through the rise of images centred on Love. Knowledge. Play and Travel. But then the meditation deepened into a new sensation that took me back to the Heart centred energy of the day before. As the merkabah activated and the feeling of Love strengthened, these sensations condensed the energy into my right hand and forefinger, prompting me to write, firstly in the air, then on paper, then at the computer. Still with eyes closed and in a deep Theta state, I found myself channelling by automatic writing from the other side of the Pleiadian Veil. Words pertinent to my own Higher purpose and newly opened path.

You have a task, they said, and we are here to help you. We come to tell you about yourself and why you are here. We will help you to learn this technique. It will help you heal and to heal others. the peridot stargate

After writing my last post, I meditated on Easter Island asking for more information and understanding on the Island and Lemuria. Almost immediately I was guided to a channelling of Archangel Metatron via James Tyberonn published only yesterday in the Galactic Free Press. Not being familiar with past Metatron channellings, it was of great surprise to read how Easter Island is known as the ‘Peridot Stargate’, one of the most powerful vortexial portals on the Planet due to its placement in Cosmic angular alignments. The portal brings in massive amounts of energies to the Planet which are enhanced by large crystalline pockets of Olivine Quartz, or Peridot, within the Island’s volcanic structure. What’s more amazing is that as a multi-dimensional gateway, the energy of Easter Island is so powerful it was the original gateway to the Earth-plane for early humans to enter their life on the ancient land of Mu, the large continent stretching across the Pacific Ocean and home to the Lemurian civilization. What’s visible of Rapa Nui now is the remnants of one of Mu’s mountaintops and although centuries of changing weather patterns have battered the isolated and desolate landscape, it was once a lush land of towering trees, crystal waters, misty rain and vibrant rainbows with the peaceful Lemurian beings living side by side with the animals and elementals in their golden pyramids and marble temples under the vibrant dome of light of the Aurora Borealis. This Utopian phase of Lemuria was the existence on Earth prior to the duality of Humanity and is a deep memory for many of us before the planet evolved into the physical realm of 3D, the time when Lemurians either moved into physical bodies, left the Earth-plane or continued to live in multi-dimensionality in Inner Earth, as is often associated with Mount Shasta. The standing stone statues of Rapa Nui are said to be keys to the original Lemurian energy as they are embedded with Celestial Energy that works with the auric fields of those who hold high levels of Light. But it is in awe that I read Easter Island is being anchored for a major role in the coming Cosmic Shift as the point of reunion for all Lemurians, Pleiadians and Sirians. Rapa Nui is the Sacred Portal for Healing, Balance and Remembrance and is calling out to all for their return in 2013 to receive the Codes of Remembrance and the Crystalline Light of the Peridot. Rapa Nui carries the imprint of Lemuria and the energy of Home. I think I’m speechless.

I recently attended a Sound Healing group meditation and with the beautiful blend of rhythm, rain, bells, chimes and healing bowls, I was transported to another plane where I unexpectedly experienced another connection to Lemuria. I’ve been intuitively sensing the presence of Lemurian energy around me for some time but in recent months I’ve been seeing the impression of the same sculptural image in and around my home. When I stumbled upon an article, I realized I was seeing something similar to Easter Island and that some historians link the origins of Easter Island with Lemuria. And now with the help of the primal sounds of music, voice, chimes and healing bowls, this same sculptural image has appeared at the end of a deep meditation. As I became aware of the image it began to dissolve but the imprint of Lemuria was immediate. In a similar experience to my Kundalini Awakening several years ago, the energy centred on my Heart Chakra and felt as if a deluge of intense Light and Love had completely filled me, flooding me with indescribable feelings of awe and bliss and leaving me with a racing heart and tears. Later that night I was awoken in my sleep by a strange knocking and thoughts of someone wanting to come in. Six weeks ago I sensed my Lemurian Seed crystal calling out to me and 4 weeks ago I could feel the pull of their energy from faraway places. Now it seems the gate of communication has opened and it is no coincidence it’s happening at this time with the recent cleansing from the Sun opposition to the Pleiadian Alignment and the potent energies flowing between Eclipses. What the Lemurians bring is overwhelming Love and their Sacred desire to share Knowledge and Healing. Their Essence is very peaceful and feels strongly connected to water and has left me with the message that being near or in water is how to prepare myself to be open and ready to receive more.

Lemuria is new to many but for some it is our past. These subtle energies have been resting beneath the Earth’s surface for thousands of years but they are calling out now. Old Souls know this. They feel it in their Hearts. Awakened to the pull in their Heart Chakra. Old Souls remember. Lemuria was a life of Spirit, of Water, of Healing. Flowing with communion of all Souls. In peace and gentleness. Lemuria is Awakening. Integrating her energy within us as we reconnect to our true Spiritual history. Our real genetic Truth. It is not biology for biology is not who we are. We are Light beings, returning here in a multitude of Human forms to use our Energy of Creation for the evolution of the Planet and the Universe. The Light of our Soul is the Universe. And it started with Lemurians, the first society of Divine and Human beings. Now it’s full circle. A return to the beginning as we edge closer to the Galactic moment of the December Solstice. It is our plantetary Awakening. We can move through the Veil, past the illusion and remember who we are. Lemuria is calling. Feel it in your heart. Old Souls will know for it is the Sacred connection. It is time for Unity and Peace. There is no Separation. It is time to Heal.

seven sisters

I have been seeing the words Seven Sisters in recent weeks, a clear message it was time to gather information and share. I already knew where it was leading but it can only come when the timing is right. There is no rushing the Spiritual, all happens exactly as it should. And so I come back to this post I’ve attempted to write several times but couldn’t. The information wasn’t clear but now it is and it’s starting with Lemuria. This is the beginning, the basis of Humanity as we know it. Lemuria has its origins around Hawaii, at a time when the current islands were one large mountain form. This mountain peak was the highest on the planet and about 100,000 years ago there was a significant event here, an event that also holds significance in the Awakening of our Spiritual Truth. This is where the Pleiadians arrived from the Seven Sisters, in the Love and Light of the Creator, to seed biological humans across the planet with their Spiritual (quantum) DNA. This occurred over many centuries but where other cultures on the planet died out, the Lemurian civilization evolved in great strength. They were highly advanced, multi-dimensional beings operating at about 90% of their DNA. They were in essence our true Ancestors, the first human civilization to be both Biological and Divine, to carry the spark of the Creator. But their society was not technologically advanced, it was intuitive. They were aware of energy, they were healers and they were in touch with the stars, aware of their spiritual origins as descendants from the Seven Sisters, the star cluster in the constellation of Taurus also known as the Pleiades. Throughout history, the Seven Sisters has been a significant spiritual focus for many indigenous cultures. For some, it has always been their creation story. For us, it is also a creation story but one of a different flavour, the creation of galactic evolution. The Pleiadians are closely connected with Earth, watching over and assisting us as we move through the Great Shift, which we now know is the returning of Humanity to a multi-dimensional state in a natural process in the evolution of life. It has been recorded by ancients and astronomers alike, that a spiral of light emanates toward our Sun from Alcyone, the central star of the Pleiades. Some believe this path of light is a communication channel in which information is downloaded to Earth to assist our passage through these changing times and those channelling Pleiadians would surely agree. But what is significant for us is that this is an event on a Galactic level. As the Solar System comes to a major point in its orbit around the centre of the Galaxy, an orbit that takes 200 million years, the alignment will spark an event that involves the entire Milky Way. We are connected to the higher realms of the Galaxy through our Consciousness and so it is through the raising of the vibration of Human Consciousness that this event can occur. The Pleiadians, our guardians from the 5th Dimension, are reminding us of our Sacred role in the Galaxy’s evolution, encouraging us to open ourselves to Enlightenment as it is through these energies of the higher realms, through the mastery of Love, that we will remember who we are and why we are here.
